We have been living in r house for 7 years we are good ten tents these last few months we ran into some problems we paid some of the rent came to a agree meet that when we get r tax return will make up the different witch she had no problem she was like family
Then her daughter came and said they needed us to move out that they had to sell the house. She wanted to know when we could be out I said evict us for 2 months they have been coming over telling us we got to leave all has been verbal. I keep telling them bring me something on paper but they will not come to find out I don't even think they own the house but what ever. Finally yesterday we got a 3day notice to pay rent or quit from a realtor somebody that they no tomorrow is are 3 day do we have to be out don't they still have to give us a 30 day and a lockout notice from the sheriff's dept
What can we do what are the step they have to take we have 4 kids and no were to go do we have to be out tomorrow

First step in legal eviction is the 3 day to pay or quit. Next step is to file for an eviction with the court. Court date is set and judge can issue an eviction order with either 72 hours to vacate or 30 days.
You then must pay all rent owed, late fees and court costs plus you will have an eviction on your credit history. Finding a new rental with that eviction will make it very difficult.

Inexpensive tent camp sites that are dog friendly in Mass or NH?

It's our first time camping and we want to take our dog. We're staying in a big tent and are looking for a nice camp site within the state of Mass or NH. If we like it then we'll plan a 2nd trip with the kids. We do NOT want a run down facility. Kid and pet friendly is ideal. We prefer a location that offers swimming, boat/kayak rentals, fishing, hiking, mini golf, kid activities,fire pits, grills etc. Any suggestions? Thank you
